-Walk-in freezer observed with ice build up.
-Debris behind the oven (Pieces of bacon)
51 Residue observed on sink and lower wall surfaces surfaces in the employee bathroom.
53 Several locations with base coving missing.
53 Gaps observed around pipes and utility line which were not properly sealed.

13 Several frozen foods (Bagels) observed uncovered in the walk-in freezer.
**Person in charge covered the food during the inspection.
14 Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around the food prep area.
**Person in charge cleaned and sanitized the ice machine during the inspection.
