6 Employee's observed not able to properly wash hands in the kitchen and restroom area due to no hot water being observed at hand wash sinks in facility.
8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the kitchen and restroom area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
8 At least one handwashing sink was not observed conveniently located near water ice reach-in freezer in retail area.
21 opened commercially processed ready to eat food (deli meats), located in the closed display and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened.
