6 Food Employees did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Warm water not used.
Corrective action: PIC adjusted water heater to meet min requirement of 100 degrees F for handwashing. Staff rewashed hands during the time of inspection.
45 The following observations were noted:
-Inoperable under-counter refrigeration unit being used as storage.
-Legs observed missing on handwash sink in the food prep area.
47 Debris along the floor perimeter of the walk-in cooler area.
48 Hot water observed at 93 degrees F in the food prep area and 95 in the men's and women's restroom area.
Corrective action: PIC adjusted temperature of water tank during the time of inspection.
53 The following observations were noted:
-Heavy accumulation of grime and debris along floor perimeters throughout the food prep areas.
-Debris and water along the floor perimeter of the rear storage area.
-Catch basin observed with debris and residue.
53 Brooms and dustpan were not properly elevated in the facility at time of inspection.
53 Unsealed gaps and holes along the ceiling surfaces.

No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
6 Food employees observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash.
Corrective action: PIC instructed food employee to discard gloves and wash hands before food prepping.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in cooler and freezer.
43 Single-use cups observed on floor behind drink machine near front drive thru window.
Corrective action: PIC removed single-use cups from floor during the time of inspection.
45 Legs observed missing on handwash sink in the food prep area.
48 Hot water at the handwash sink in the food prep area measured at 93 degrees F instead of a min 100 degrees F.
Corrective action: PIC was able to adjust water temperature to 100 degrees F.
52 Dumpsters observed open.
Corrective action: PIC closed dumpsters during the time of inspection.

53 Cleaning needed in the rear storage area underneath the storage racks and behind fryer, refrigerators and prep counter tops to remove dirt, debris and clean up oil accumulations observed during the inspection.
