PIC took corrective action and provided dates for the food during inspection.
26 - Spray bottle in prep area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical.
PIC labeled the spray bottle during inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on prep sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
