1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
PIC came during time of inspection.
1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the PA Food Code.
PIC could not name the five reportable foodborne illness(salmonella, E. coli, hepatitis A Virus, shigella and norovirus) and their symptoms( diarrhea, vomiting, fever with sore throat, jaundice,....)
