1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. *The person in charge arrived during inspection.
11 Beech-nut baby food (Pear and Pear Pineapple) 10 4oz containers, observed expired 10/23 and 11/1/23. *The person in charge removed the items from the shelf.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 400 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. *The person in charge added water to bring the sanitizer to the appropriate level.
21 Deli meats and cheeses opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the closed display case, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened.
