8 Soap and paper towels were not observed at the hand wash sink in the rear. Note: The person in charge provided paper towels and soap during the inspection.
45 Soda crates were inverted to elevate cases of beer off the ground.
53 Palettes were observed in the basement as a means of storage and elevation. Note: When cleaning underneath, the person in charge was instructed to use a palette jack to elevate the beer palettes.
53 Brooms and dustpans were not stored away from the ground when not being used.
