27 Vacuum sealer observed in the food prep area and the facility did not have an approved HACCP plan. Corrective action: Facility agreed to remove the sealer from the food prep area and wrap pre-portioned foods in plastic wrap rather than sealing them until they receive approval for a HACCP plan.

36 Mouse droppings observed in the main kitchen, wood burning kitchen and adjacent dry storage area.

-Damaged gasket observed on an under counter fridge in the bar area.
