8 The handwash sink in the 2nd floor bar was blocked by equipment and not accesible at all times for employee use. Corrective action was taken and sink was emptied.
14 Grimes and residue observed on warewash sink surfaces, glassware, drain board and soda gun holster is not clean on sight. Corrective action was taken and surfaces were cleaned and sanitized.
21 Sausages potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the reach-in refrigertor, was not date marked. Corrective action was taken and items were date marked.
