Corrected on Site: Person in charged turned off ice machine and marked it out of order.
41 Spoon for stirring coffee observed inside cup of stagnant water.
Corrected on Site: Person in charge dumped out stagnant water.

8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by bread tins and not accesible at all times for employee use. Bread tins were moved during the inspection.
13 Uncovered foods observed inside walk-in cooler.
14 Nozzles on ice tea and lemonade observed with dirt. Cleaning and sanitizing is needed.
26 Employee bag and sneakers observed in food prep area.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent dropping activity observed in the food prep area.

45 - Back door observed not in good repair. Portion is door is covered with a trash bag.
