26 Chemicals (bottles of Windex and bleach) were stored above or on the same shelf with candy, nuts, and snack foods in the retail area. The observed bottles were moved during the inspection.

Several boxes of tobacco products were observed on the floor partially covered by a black plastic bag in the retail area. A customer was heard ordering a "Dutch" at the beginning of the inspection. All tobacco, vape, and e-cigarette products must be removed from the premises. Note that even storage areas like the basement or hall to the toilet room can not be used to store these items. A tobacco ticket was issued during the inspection.

The employee removed three trash bags from the store after the inspector identified herself as a health inspector. No tobacco, vape, or e-cigarette products can be stored or sold in this store due to no tobacco permit. A ticket was issued.
