-Non-NSF/ANSI certified equipment observed in the facility: "Sunbeam" microwave and an electric stove at the serving counter #2.

48 The hot water temperature at the handwashing sink was measured at 90 degrees F instead of the required 100 degrees F during the inspection.
**PIC made adjustment to the hot water heater, bringing the temperature to the required reading of 100 degrees F during the inspection.
49 Observed a clog in the handwashing sink at cafeteria room #2 during the inspection.
51 Observed dusty vent cover in the staff restroom.
52 One dumpster observed with the lid opened in the outdoor trash area.
53 -Mouse droppings observed on the floor perimeters of serving counters and cafeteria rooms: around the cafeteria room #1 AC equipment area, around the floor corner near the food warmer at serving counter #1, at the floor corner behind serving counter #2, and at the floor corner of the handwashing sink in cafeteria room #2.
