8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the food prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
8 The facility does not have a toilet room that is conveniently located for patrons to use.
Per the food code:
4) At least one handwashing sink and a number of handwashing sinks necessary for the convenient use by consumers shall be provided in food facilities which allow consumption of food on the food facility premises. Handwash sinks for consumers shall be located in easily accessible areas and as required in ยง 46.824(a)(2), but may not require access through food preparation, food dispensing, food, equipment and utensil storage areas, or warewashing areas.
13 Observed fruit flies inside a liquor bottle.
-The liquor bottle was discarded during the time of inspection.
26 Employee medicines and personal hygiene products stored in food prep area, and were not stored to prevent the contamination of food, equipment or utensils.

-The person in charge provided paper towels and soap to the area.
21 Sliced vegetables and cooked meats in the reach in refrigerator were not date marked with the date prepared.
