20 * Chicken tenders, popcorn chicken and waffle fries food were held at * 49 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. -Bags of food were kept inside the freezer after the truck was turned off. All of the bags of food were discarded during the time of inspection.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity (mouse feces) observed in the food prep area.
