20 -Food (eggs, mayo, tomato and other foods) was held between 59-64 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. *Food was discarded.
21 -Opened commercially processed ready to eat food, (deli meat and chees) located in the deli case, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. *PIC began date marking items.
41 -Common bowls or food containers observed without handles in direct contact with bulk food ingredients. (sugar)
45 -Food (sugar) not stored in food grade container.
45 -Cardboard used as shelf liner in retail reach-in refrigeration unit. -Drink crates used for elevation.

11 Expired baby food observed on the shelf in the retail area with dates of 9/30/22 and 11/30/22. (Food discarded during time of inspection)
