8 Old food residue observed in the handwashing sink in food prep area. **PIC was instructed to discard food debris and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize interior surfaces of handwashing sink during time of inspection.
11 One dented can observed on shelving unit in food prep area. **PIC was instructed to discard dented can during time of inspection.
13 Raw chicken observed stored directly above cooked chicken in walk-in cooler. **PIC was instructed to store cooked foods above raw meats during time of inspection.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. **PIC was instructed to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize food contact surfaces of slicer during time of inspection.
21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, was not date marked. **PIC was instructed to date mark potentially hazardous food during time of inspection.
26 Working containers in food prep area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. **PIC was instructed to label chemicals during time of inspection.
26 Open bait observed around perimeters of floor in storage room of Southampton Bar. **Rodent bait shall be contained in a covered, tamper-resistant bait station. **PIC was instructed to discard open bait during time of inspection.
