8 Observed handwash sink in the food prep area blocked by large pot and pitcher; not accessible at all times for employee use.
*Corrective action taken, food employee relocated the large pot to other area and place the pitcher in the 3-compartment warewwash sink to be washed and sanitized.
13 Observed raw meat(i.e. beef) stored above pre-cooked food in the reach-in freezer in the food prep area and inside chest freezer in the basement.
*Corrective action was taken, food employee rearranged the raw meat to the bottom of the freezer in all refrigeration units.*
14 Observed black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin along the bottom perimeter of the plastic flap.
*Corrective action was taken, food employee removed ice, clean and sanitized the plastic flap inside the ice machine bin.*
21 Cheese opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the cold prep unit, and held more than 48 hours, observed not marked with the date it was opened.
*Corrective action was taken, food employee dated marked the open cheeses.*

*Health Sanitarian instructed food employees to discontinue slicing fruit on site until a variance is submitted/approved or a food prep sink is installed.* Only approved to used pre-washed, per sliced vegetable and fruit until further notice.
