6 Hand wash sink located in the Jefferson Bartok room had a maximum hot water temperature of 93 degrees F rather than 100 degrees F as required. Corrective action: the hot water temperature of the sink was turned up.
36 Dead mouse observed under the radiator in the Parish room. Corrective action: the mouse carcass was disposed of.
53 -Holes observed in a corner of the parish room next to a radiator where the wall meets the flooring and in the wall above the baseboard. -Debris observed in a corner of the 1st floor toilet room. -Unnecessary item: inoperable portable hand wash sink observed in the Olympia room.
