8 The handwash sink in the front food prep and warewashing areas was blocked by bag of chicken and brushes and utensils and not accessible at all times for employee use.
Corrective action: Person in charge removed items from handwash sinks during the time of inspection.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (Deli meat and cheeses), located in the closed display case, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened.
Corrective action: Person in charge date marked deli meat and cheeses during the time of inspection.
45 The following observations were noted:
-Cardboard being used as floor liner in the rear food prep area.
-Milk and soda crates being used for elevation throughout the facility.
-Raw wood shelving in the rear food prep area.
47 Heavy ice accumulation present on internal surface of reach-in freezer.

Corrective action: Person in charge removed items during time of the inspection.

Corrective action: Person in charged cleaned and sanitized slicer during time of inspection.
14 The chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution of the buckets was 0 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required.
Corrective action: Person in charge changed sanitizing solution during time of inspection. 50 ppm observed.
36 An insect control device (Fly strip) located in clerk area above food weight machine with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and / or utensils.
Corrective action: Person in charge removed fly strip and discarded during time of the inspection.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
