8 -No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the front prep/service area to remind food employees to wash their hands. A sign was placed at this sink during the inspection. -The handwash sink in the rear warewash area was blocked by a mop bucket and not accesible at all times for employee use. -There was no trash can at the rear warewash area hand sink. The mop bucket was moved away from the sink and a can was placed at this sink during the inspection.

26 Observed insecticides (dichlorvos fly strip) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the prep/service area under the second sink. The observed strip was discarded during the inspection.

35 Prepackaged food (parfait cups) is not labeled properly with the net weight and distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.

45 Observed damaged shipping tape on the outer surface of the ice machine.

47 Observed resiude on lower shelf in the service area.

49 Fresh whole strawberrries and blueberries observed in the refrigerator. Whole oranges and bananas were observed in the service and rear storage areas. No stand alone, indirectly drained food prep sink that is equipped with a catch basin and an air gap at least twice the diameter of the water inlet pipe is provided for the washing of produce. Discontinue the use of produce requiring washing or install the food prep sink.

53 Observations: -Food debris and general debris on floor perimeters in the front food preparation and rear warewash/storage areas. -Black residue observed on surfaces inside floor drains. -General clutter in the rear storage area.

54 The Delfield refrigerator is lacking a working light.
