8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the in the food bar area to remind food employees to wash their hands. ** Person in charge placed a sign at the sink at the time of inspection.

14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was * ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required in the second floor dish washer. Dish washer was taken out of service until repaired. 3 basin sink has to be used.
14 Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around second floor. Person in charge cleaned and sanitized during the time of inspection.
20 Food (eggs, cheese, sauce, cut fruits and sauces)was held at 68 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Person in charge placed food in an ice bath to bring it sown to temperature.

Person in Charge posted a sign at the time of the inspection. - The handwash sink in the main level kitchen area did not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device. Paper towels were provided during the inspection.
37 Facility lacks a splashguard between the indirectly plumbed food prep sink and grinder sink in the basement prep/warewashing area.
45 Plastic crates were observed being used for elevation.
