39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on the counter and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 - Garbage grinder observed installed on a shallow wall mounted handwash sink. - Equipment did not meet ANSI sanitization standards: domestic style chest freezer, drying rack, rice cooker, and toaster oven observed in facility. - Chest freezer lid observed in disrepair.
45 Crates were used to support beverages in the basement.
47 Ice build up observed in chest freezer in the food prep area.
48 Hot water delay observed at the handwash sink in the food prep.
53 - Porous ceiling tiles observed throughout. - Gaps and holes observed in walls and ceilings in warewashing area and leading into basement area. - Floor observed in disrepair throughout.
54 Hood filters had an accumulation of static dust and grease.
