-Loose kick plate observed at (On The Go) reach-in refrigerator.
47 The following observations were made:
- Food debris on bottom surface of reach-in and under counter refrigerator units.
- Food debris on bottom surfaces of walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer down stairs.
- Dust and debris in door tracts of storage cabinets in kitchen.
- Dust accumulation on kick plates of soda refrigerator.
48 Hot water observed slow coming in upstairs employee restroom.
49 Water observed dripping from pipes under dishwasher.
53 - Debris and dust observed along floor perimeters and under equipment in kitchen area.
- Debris and dust along floor perimeters in down stairs storage room.
-Water stained and damaged ceiling tile observed above pepsi soda dispenser in cafeteria area.
- Syrup spill observed on floor surface at soda dispenser in downstairs storage room.

-Debris on flooring surface in basement storage are.
-Griffen Den Down stairs is used for miscellaneous storage.
- A few small flies near canned storage rack.
