8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the hand wash sink in the prep area. * The person in charge provided paper towel.
8 The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by 1/2 gallon of juice and bucket and not accessible at all times for employee use. * The person in charge removed items from sink.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (deli meats & cheese), located in the closed display case, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. * The person in charge wrote date marks on all opened food items.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on 3 compartment sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
43 Plastic spoon observed stored in stagnant water in coffee area.

1 The person in charge observed with food manager certificate and not with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. * Food safety certification was sent via email.
