47 Static dust, debris, residue and broken glass observed around perimeters of floors in walk-in coolers.
49 Slow draining handwashing sinks observed in men's employee restroom area.
51 The following were observed:
-Residue around exterior surfaces of faucet handles and interior surfaces of sink in men's employee restroom area
-Debris around perimeters of floors in men's and women's employee restroom areas
-Static dust on air vents in men's and women's employee restroom areas
53 Static dust and debris observed around perimeters of floors in ware-house area.
54 Dull lighting observed in rear of walk-in coolers.
