3270.69(b) Hot water at hand wash sinks observed at 117-120 degrees and not the required 100-110 degrees as required. *Sanitarian advised the person in charge to adjust the hot water and monitor.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. * The person in charge observed with food managers certificate showed up during the beginning of inspection. -The inspector initiated corrective action emailing food safety certificate application link.
6 Hot water observed at 1 hand sink at 85-86 degrees F and not at 100 degrees F as required. * Employee initiated corrective action turning up hot water. Hot water at hand wash sink observed at 102 degrees F.
11 Dented canned item observed in bottom storage cabinet. * The person in charge removed dented can.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. * The person in charge initiated corrective action cleaning and sanitizing can opener.
