8 The hand sink was lacking a can for paper towel disposal. A small can was placed under the hand sink.
14 The person in charge did not have knowledge about washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and utensils. Reusable plastic trays are used and should be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. The inspector reviewed the process with the person in charge. The sanitizer basin was set up by the person in charge during the inspection.
26 Eye wash bottle was stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the prep area. The bottle was moved to the hand sink.
40 A box of whole apples was observed in the refrigerator.There is no indirectly drained food prep sink. The person in charge agreed to display a sign telling consumers that the fruit should be washed before consumption. Continental breakfast is offered to guests.
45 Observations: -There is no cold water readily available at the 3 basin sink.
46 No drain board or adequate storage shelving to allow for storage of soiled and / or clean items before and after cleaning at the warewash sink.
47 Observations: -Residue on inner surfaces in the refrigerated juice dispenser and outer surfaces of the coffee dispenser. -General debris in lower cabinets in the dining area.
48 Cold water was not readily available at the 3 basin sink.
51 Toilet room observations: -Static dust on the ceiling vent cover and the hand sink. -Stained ceiling.
52 The dumpsters were open when not in use rather than closed tightly to keep out vermin.
53 General debris observed on the floor of the prep room beneath the shelving.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. The food safety certified person arrived at the end of the inspection.
45 The Panasonic microwave in the dining area is non ANSI/NSF approved.
45 The Black and Decker toaster oven in the dining area is non ANSI/NSF approved.
46 No drain board or adequate storage shelving to allow for storage of soiled and / or clean items before and after cleaning at the warewash sink.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
47 Ice accumulation observed in the chest freezer.
53 Debris observed on the floor of the prep room beneath the sinks and equipment.

26 Yellow cleaner taken from bulk in a spray bottle located in the food prep area, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. The person in charge labeled the spray bottle.
37 Raisin bran cereal dispenser observed directly on the floor, not stored at least 6 inches above the floor as required.
45 Plastic wrappings on the reach in refrigerator is not easily cleanable.
