-Open display case in the produce section
36 Visible physical evidence of drain flies activity observed in the deli area.
38 Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
45 Milk crates being used for elevation of food in the Bakery Department and walk-in coolers/freezers in dry storage area which are not smooth and easily cleanable
45 4 unused chest refrigeration units.
47 The following were observed:
-light Food debris/residue on lower interior surfaces of shelving units in Bakery Department, Deli Department, Meat Department area, and Produce Department areas
-Ice accumulation around ceiling of walk-in freezers in Bakery Department, Meat Department
-Static dust accumulation on fan guards in several walk-in coolers
-Grease accumulation around food equipment and perimeters of floor in rear of Bakery Department

-Static dust accumulation on fan guards in Deli Department
-Grease accumulation around food equipment and perimeters of floor in rear of Deli Department
-Ice cream spilled on the floor of the walk in freezer
