Corrective action: Person in charge dismantled, washed, rinsed and sanitized the food slicer prior to completion of inspection.
*Food slicer should be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours when in use.
14 Warewash Sink not clean to sight and properly setup for sanitization of multi-use utensils and food equipment.
Corrective action: Person in charge thoroughly cleaned and properly setup the warewash sink for sanitization of multi-use utensils and food equipment prior to completion of inspection
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (water ice, deli meats & Sausages), located inside display case, reach-in freezer & chest freezer in food prep and retail areas, observed was not marked with the dates they were opened.
