26 Dichlorvos pest strip observed in the engine house kitchen. Manufacturer's directions state that the strips are not to be used in food prep areas. Corrective action: the pest strip was discarded.
36 Gap observed at the side of the entrance door to the Engine House kitchen.
45 -Damaged tray observed on the expresso machine in the engine house kitchen. -Ice accumulation observed on the door, ceiling, and shelving in the walk-in freezer located in the engine house kitchen basement.
47 -Debris and residue observed on shelving in the engine house patio area. -Debris observed on the interior of a chest fridge in the tent setup and break down area. -White fuzz observed on shelving and insulation on pipes in the walk-in cooler in the engine house kitchen basement. -Residue observed on the gasket of the chest freezer in the engine house kitchen basement.
49 Leak observed in the ice machine in the engine house kitchen basement.
51 Static dust observed on the ceiling of the women's toilet room located near the tent.
53 -Hole observed where the baseboard meets the wall in the engine house kitchen near the entrance from the exterior. -Residue observed on the ceiling over the coffee station in the engine house kitchen. -Unnecessary items: hoods in the engine room kitchen basement were not in use.
53 -Unsealed utility lines observed in the engine house kitchen. -Missing base cove observed behind the ice machine in the engine house kitchen. -Uneven flooring observed in the engine house kitchen.
53 Brooms observed stored on the floor in the hallway adjacent to the engine house kitchen basement.
54 Light intensity in the walk-in cooler in the engine house kitchen basement was 15 lux rather than 110 lux as required.
