8 The following observations were noted: -Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the restroom area. -No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the restroom area to remind food employees to wash their hands. -Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
37 Drinks is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 Inoperable chest freezer and walk-in cooler observed.
48 Hot water was not observed in the restroom area. Water measured at 48 degrees F instead of a min 100 degrees F.
49 A utility sink was not observed.
51 A trash can with a lid not observed in the restroom area.
51 Restroom door observed not self closing.

Observed walls being built and tore down, plumbing pipes in the basement area, inoperable chest freezer, refrigeration units in the clerk area. exhaust hood still installed.
