-Cutting board in deli area observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
-Inoperable deli slicer observed in deli area.

-Static dust on fan cover observed inside of one of the walk-in cooler units.
-Debris present along floor perimeter inside walk-in cooler units.

-Debris, food debris and dust accumulation observed on floor surfaces and several bottom shelves throughout the facility, and front and back storage rooms.

14 One of the slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
PIC took corrective action and washed, rinsed, and sanitized the slicer during inspection.
14 The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3 bay warewash sink was greater than 500 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer’s use direction.
*PIC initiated corrective action and lowered concentration to 200 ppm.
37 - Boxes with beverages observed stored on the floor in the retail area.
41 Spoons with handle are stored in direct contact with bulk food ingredients in the bakery area and seafood area.
PIC took corrective action and remove the spoons from food ingredients during inspection.
45 - Plastic crated being used for food elevation in dairy walk-in cooler bakery area.

53 Cleaning tools observed in direct contact of the floor and not elevated or hung on a utility rack in several places (storage areas, meat department, walk-in coolers and deli department).
54 -Static dust accumulation and debris observed on ceiling AC and heating ventilation covers in the facility (walk-in coolers, retail area, prep areas).
54 - One light flickering in the prep area/produce section.
