8 Old food residue, dishes and utensils observed in the handwash sink. Hot water at hand wash sink in the kitchen in the Intensive CRR department was was observed off. Hot was was turn on and soap provided at time of inspection.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. Note: Can opener was cleaned at time of inspection.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in storage room in day program. Note: A bin of snacks and sac of water were stored directly on the floor.
45 Domestic toasters observed in units throughout facility.
45 Domestic microwaves observed.
47 Microwaves, toaster and reach-in freezer located in the Intensive CRR were observed in need of cleaning to remove food residues and debris.
53 Broom and dust pan were observed directly on the floor in kitchen in LTSR unit.
