1 No Philadelphia food safety certificate observed. Serve safe observed. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.

8 Bananas and bottles observed in the handwash sink. Corrective action: Person in charge removed bananas and bottles from handwash sink during time of inspection.

8 The following observations were noted: -Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink. -Soap was not available at the handwash sink.

13 Knife being stored in between crevice of table and handwash sink.

39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on ice cream machine and table and not stored in sanitizing solution.

39 Sponges observed in the handwash sink being used to clean food contact surfaces.

45 Cardboard observed being used as floor liner.
