14 Soda gun holster observed with grime/ residue in the interior- *PIC removed and cleaned/ sanitized interior of holster at the time of inspection*
36 Front entry door has large gap at the bottom left hand corner- This outer opening in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.

8 The handwash sink behind the bar and in the right toilet room do not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying devices.

- Plastic pallets and soda crates are used for elevated storage in the rear storage room.
45 Raw wood shelving observed in the bar area - material is not nonabsorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.

- Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf behind the bar.
- Shelving behind the bar has an accumulation of dust.
