45 A plastic crate was being used for elevation in the walk-in freezer, which is not smooth and easily cleanable.
47 Rust was observed around shelves in the walk-in cooler.
48 A hot water delay was observed at the 3-compartment warewashing sink. Hot water took several minutes to reach peak demand.

11 Expired half & half was observed in the walk-in cooler dated, 5/24/2022. The person in charge took corrective action and discarded the expired half & half.
47 Ice build-up was observed on the floor of the walk-in freezer.
48 No running cold water at the faucet located at one of five handwashing sinks in the men's restroom area. NOTE: Four other handwashing sinks are available with both running cold/hot water.
51 The cold water faucet located at one of five handwashing sinks in the men's restroom area was not running water. The person in charge was informed to remove the handwashing sink from use until both cold/hot water is available. The person in charge understood and placed the sink as out-of-order.
53 The following observations were noted: -Missing ceiling tile located above the 3-compartmnet warewashing sink. -Openings in the ceiling/around utility lines in several areas of the food preparation area/warewashing area.
