8 - The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by dry storage trays on crated and not accessible at all times for employee use. - Bin of fish observed in hand wash/ garbage grinder sink. * The person in charge relocated trays *Employee removed bin of fish and relocated to prep sink.
