14 The chlorine concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 0 ppm, rather than 50-100 ppm as required. A fresh bottle of bleach was used to prepare a second batch.
36 There is a gap below the rear door that does not protect against the entry of pests.
41 Spoon used to stir coffee was stored in a cup of plain water. These need to be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours.
