13 Observed scooper handles submerged in food items stored in working bulk containers in the rear food prep/ware wash area.
*Person in charge removed scoop.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
*Person in charge cleaned and sanitized.
35 The food in the bulk containers were not labeled with their common use names.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on kitchen surface area and not stored in sanitizing solution

- The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
Corrective action: Person in charge took corrective action and washed, rinsed, and sanitized the can opener and slicer during inspection.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mouse droppings) observed along the floor perimeters in the facility (storage area, warewahing area, front service area).
37 A box with chicken observed on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
41 - The scooper handle observed in direct contact with food ingredients (flour) and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
45 - Domestic freezer "Frigidaire" observed in the warewashing area (near the walk-in cooler).
