8 The only hand sink was not in good working order. The draining water was observed overflowing onto the floor at the only handsink. A foul odor was observed at the drain container below. -A container was observed in the hand sink. Management moved the drain pipe to another container for drainage.
20 Potentially hazardous food was held at temperatures greater than 41 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the under counter refrigerator. The ambiant air temperature in this unit was scanned at 57 degrees F. The equipment thermometer read 51 degrees F. Since all foods were stored in this unit overnight, all potentially hazardous foods were discarded. Management agreed to not use this refrigerator until it is observed maintaining a temperature of 41 degrees F or lower.
35 Prepackaged pastries (cookies and danishes) are not labeled properly with the name of product, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mouse droppings) activity observed in the prep/service area.
45 -The portable hand sink waste container is not being drained often enough to prevent overflow and spoilage of waste water. -The undercounter refrigerator is not maintaining a temperature of 41 degrees F or lower.
47 Observations: -Mouse droppings and brown residue observed on cart lower shelving where large water bottles are stored. -Pooled water observed in the handsink cabinet.
51 -Cold water (79 degrees F) only available at the shared toilet room hand sinks. -No handwash reminder signs observed in the nearby shared toilet rooms.
53 -Mouse droppings and residue observed on the floor perimeters under equipment beside the beverage refrigerator. -Water observed on the floor in front of the portable handsink.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. There was no Philadelphia Food Safety Certified Food Manager present at the beginning of the inspection. A manager from Currito Burrito located in another terminal arrived during the inspection. Another manager with a class certificate also arrived by the end of the inspection. Food establishments can not share food safety managers. The application for the Phialdelphia Food Manager certificate was emailed with the report.
1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. The person in charge did not take steps to provide a working hand sink. Inspector observed the employee using the cash register and not washing hands and changing gloves before prepping food.
6 Food employee did not follow proper handwash procedures. Food employee did not wash hands between changing tasks.
8 The only hand sink was not in good working order. There was no water readily available at the hand sink. The employee is using a large bottle of water for hand washing. Unnapproved hand washing method in use. -A container of water was observed in the hand sink.
22 Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods (Half & Half) without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. The container was discarded because it was probed at 77 degrees F and the employee stated that it had been out of refrigeration for at least 4 hours.
35 Prepackaged pastries are not labeled properly with the name of product, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mouse droppings) activity observed in the cabinets and on upper cabinet surfaces.
38 Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
43 Cups and take out containers stored facing up rather than down to keep out potential contamination.
45 The hand sink did not have water readily available during the inspection. The hand sink is a portable sink. The pump for the portable handsink is defective.
47 Observations: -Mouse droppings and residue observed on cabinet surfaces throughout.
48 -Water was not readily available at the only hand sink in the prep area.
51 -Cold water only available at the shared toilet room hand sink.
53 -Debris observed on the floor perimeters under equipment in the kiosk. -Mouse droppings, dust, and debris observed on the floor perimeters between the kiosk and the window.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. The person in charge at the beginning of the inspection has a class certificate but no Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate. A manager with The Philadelphia Food Manager Certificate arrived during the inspection but left at the end of the inspection. The application for The Philadelphia Food Manager Certificate will be emailed with this report.
6 Food employees observed donning single use gloves without a prior hand wash. The inspector requested that the employee wash his hands and dry them before donning gloves.
8 -The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by an empty picture in the basin and a trash can and not accessible at all times for employee use. -A large water bottle was blocking the handwash reminder sign. The observed items were moved.
34 Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in the beverage refrigerator where the open can of cheese sauce is stored.
35 Prepackaged pastries are not labeled properly with the name of product, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
