1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. -Food safety certified persons certifications were expired at time of inspection
8 The food facility does not have a handwash sink conveniently located in the serving/student cafeteria area *Please Note: there are 3 handsinks in hallway adjacent to cafeteria/serving area that has 2 double doors obstructing immediate access to handwashing. *students are self-serving their meals for breakfast in serving area *food safety person serves lunch out of hot food stored in aluminum pans.

19 Cheesesteak meat (beef) was held at 81 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required in cambro unit after delivery (8:00am) from catering service. Was informed lunch was to be served at 12pm. -Orders: Please discard beef immediately. -Observed salad dressings stored out of temperature overnight at 78 degrees F. Please discard immediately.
