41 Rice scooper stored in a container of water measured at 78 degrees Fahrenheit instead of hot water at 135 degrees Fahrenheit and above or running water.
45 -Aluminum foils wrapped over shelvings, underneath kitchen exhaust hood and ANSUL fire suppression lines in food prep area. -Raw wood surfaced platforms and plastic (milk & soda) crates being used for elevation / storage of chest freezers and beverages in rear storage and basement areas. - Carboard lining over bottom shelving in rear food storage area.

1 Facility's food safety certified person lack the City of Philadelphia food safety certificate; Observed a ServSafe certificate only. * Advised facility's food safety certified person to apply for the City of Philadelphia food safety certificate, an application form reissued on 5-2-2024.
6 Hands cannot be properly washed at handwash sink in restroom area due to lack of cold water to temper hot water measured at 122 degrees Fahrenheit ; Handle for the cold water faucet stucked and unable to be opened during inspection.
8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by several boxed oil containers and not accesible at all times for employee use. Corrective action : A food employee removed all boxed oil containers from the food prep area handwash sink prior to completion of inspection.
8 Cold water not available at restroom area handwash sink to temper hot water at 122 degrees Fahrenheit;The handwash sink's cold water faucet handle stucked and unable to open during inspection.
20 Shrimp, chicken, beef, pork, cut cabbage and sauces inside food prep area cold-prep refrigeration unit were held at 52-54 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.
21 Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (ice cream), located in the food prep area chest freezer, observed not marked with the dates they were opened / transferred into small plastic containers.

36 Facility's front entrance and rear exit doors were propped open without protective screens, outer opening in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Corrective action : Person in charge closed the front entrance and rear exit doors prior to completion of inspection.

47 -Static dust accumulation present on fan cover and ceiling inside the walk-in cooler. -Ice build-up present inside chest freezers and reach-in freezer.
