21 Yogurt opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the under counter refrigerator, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. Person in Charge took corrective action and date marked item.
22 Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Time temperature log for eggs was provided.
34 Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in refrigerators.
35 Prepackaged cake slices and muffins is not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.

14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Person in Charge took corrective action and added more sanitizer.
23 Eggs are served raw or undercooked to the customer's request; however, a written consumer advisory (on the menu, table tent, or placard) is not provided to the consumer. Person in Charge took corrective action and added advvisory to digital menu.
26 Working containers in warewash area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Person in Charge took corrective action and labeled bottle.
