- Plates were not inverted to prevent contamination from dust and debris.
- Food dispensing utensil in the rice observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
43 Knives, forks and spoons that are not prewrapped were not presented so that only the handles are touched by employees and by consumers if consumer self-service is provided.
