Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with and/or single service articles in Classroom #8. **PIC took corrective action and labeled chemicals/moved chemicals to a chemical only designated area during time of inspection.

Hot water observed between 90-97 degrees F, rather than 100-110 degrees F as required.
3270.70(a) PIC CONFIRMED THAT FACILITY HEATER IS BROKEN. AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE BETWEEN CLASSROOMS #1, 2, 3, 4, AND 5 OBSERVED BETWEEN 50-60 DEGREES F AT DOOR, MIDDLE OF ROOM, AND WINDOWS. CLASSROOMS ARE CURRENTLY BEING COMBINED UNTIL HEATER IS SERVICED BY MAINTENANCE.

1 Food Safety Certified person was not present at start of inspection. **No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. **Food Safety Certified person arrived by end of inspection.
8 The following were observed: -Soap was not available at the handwashing sink in the food prep area -Water does not reach peak demand at handwashing sinks in Classrooms #1,2,5, and kiddie restroom in rear of facility. Hot water observed between 90-97 degrees F, rather than 100-110 degrees F as required. **PIC took corrective action and provided soap at handwashing sink and was instructed to utilize other classrooms with proper peak demand at handwashing sinks, until hot water was serviced by maintenance.
