36 Gap surrounding perimeter of side rear door.
42 Splash guards missing in between prep, handsink, and 3 compartment sink.
45 -Mop sink plumbing and legs elevated by raw wood frame. -One of the lights on the mechanical hood was observed not functioning. -Non-NSF approved equipment observed refrigerator, microwave, and chest freezer. -Inoperable ice machine was observed in the rear storage area. -3 compartment sink secured/elevated on cider blocks at time of inspection
