6 Food employees observed not able to properly wash hands due to hot water being shut off at the start of inspection. No food prep observed.
* Hot water was restored during inspection. Employee properly washed hands.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on 3 compartment sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips (Quat) to monitor sanitizer concentration.
47 - Ice accumulation observed in chest freezer.
-Dust accumulation observed on fire suppression system.
48 Hot water observed not available at the start of inspection due to hot water repairs being done by building owner.
* Hot water was restored during inspection and observed at 104 degrees F.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
* The person with a city of Philadelphia food safety certificate showed up during inspection.
8 The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by bottles , mop and mop bucket and not accessible at all times for employee use.
* Employee removed items.
14 The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (Mouse droppings) activity observed in the kitchen area on bottom table surface used for storage.
