1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. Food Safety person arrived in middle of inspection.
13 Employee observed packaging sandwiches at handsink near chemical spray bottles.
Orders: Discontinue this food operation immediately.
PIC discontinued packaging sandwiches immediately and discarding food items.

Application for City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate Application will be emailed with inspection report.
