20 - Food (salad, ham, turkey, salami) was held between 50 degrees F and 62 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the cold prep unit deli area.
PIC took corrective action and removed from sale the salad, ham, salami and turkey.
21 - Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (tuna salad, cheeses, and deli meats, located in the under-counter refrigerator, and held more than 48 hours, were not marked with the dates.
**Sanitarian advised the person in charge to provide dates for all the food in the facility.
