45 Unused reach-in refrigerator observed in upstairs kitchen area.
51 - Loose vent observed in 1st downstairs restroom. - Loose ceiling tile observed in upstairs restroom.
53 The following observation were made. - Debris and dust along floor perimeter in kitchen area. - Cracked floor tiles in canned food storage area. -Debris and dust on floor surface under storage racks in food storage area.
53 Mop observed stored in mop bucket in upstairs kitchen and not hung to allow for proper air drying.
